Ostrich marinade

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Garlic; minced
1 bunch Fresh; stemed rosemary
2 tablespoons Dried thyme
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
3 cups Apple juice
½ cup Olive oil blend

Mix marinade well the place ostrich in overnight. (4 hours minimum) salt & pepper meat before grilling.

NOTES : Also great for lamb, poultry, pork.
