Ostrich marinade

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Garlic; minced | 
| 1 | bunch | Fresh; stemed rosemary | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Dried thyme | 
| 1 | cup | Balsamic vinegar | 
| 3 | cups | Apple juice | 
| ½ | cup | Olive oil blend | 
Directions
Mix marinade well the place ostrich in overnight. (4 hours minimum) salt & pepper meat before grilling. 
NOTES : Also great for lamb, poultry, pork.
