Orna's honey cake

Ingredients

| 5 | Eggs (separated) | |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| ¾ | cup | Strong coffee (use 2 tsp coffee to 3/4 cup water) |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Each: cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. |
Directions
Beat the whites until stiff.
Beat yolks together with sugar. Add oil, liquid and honey. Add dry ingredients.
Fold whites together with batter.
Bake in a 26 cm round pan for ¾ hrs.
