Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Dried onions |

| 1 | Green peppers, chopped | |
| 1 | Pickled banana peppers | |
| ¼ | cup | Banana pepper juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped garlic |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 2 | ounces | Chili powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Instant beef boullion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Bbq. sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Ketchup |
| 1 | pinch | Crushed red pepper |
| 1 | pinch | Basil |
| 1 | pinch | Thyme |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Tabasco |
Directions
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both the ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings and simmer for 1 more hour. Lisa Hlavaty *P FDGN81A 1/22/92 7:37pm
