2 ounces | Chili powder |
2 teaspoons | Cumin |
1 teaspoon | Oregano |
1 teaspoon | Onion powder |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | Instant beef boullion |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
¼ cup | Bbq. sauce |
¼ cup | Ketchup |
1 pinch | Crushed red pepper |
1 pinch | Basil |
1 pinch | Thyme |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
¼ cup | Tabasco |
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both the ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings and simmer for 1 more hour. Lisa Hlavaty *P FDGN81A 1/22/92 7:37pm
