Orange basil oil

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Orange juice
1 tablespoon Pineapple juice
¼ cup Basil oil; (basil oil can be
\N \N ; made by infusin)

Reduce the orange juice and pineapple juice in a non-reactive saucepan over a high heat to a syrup no more than ¼ cup. Add equal amount of basil oil.

This will make a "broken" sauce, one that separates on the plate.
