Casseroled octopus

Measure Ingredient
6 smalls Octopus allow 1/2 lb. per person
½ cup Dry Wine
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1 tablespoon Basil
½ cup Olive Oil
2 cups Julienned Mushrooms
1 each Clove Garlic pressed
1 tablespoon Fresh Chervil chopped
1 each Bay Leaf
