Casseroled octopus

½ | cup | Dry Wine |
1 | cup | Chopped Onions |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Basil |
½ | cup | Olive Oil |
2 | cups | Julienned Mushrooms |
1 | each | Clove Garlic pressed |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh Chervil chopped |
1 | each | Bay Leaf |
