Nut rolls #2

Yield: 40 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Flour
2 cups Lukewarm milk
1½ cup Lukewarm water
1 \N Cake household yeast
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
44 \N Eggs (whole; beaten)
1 cup Melted butter or oleo
1½ pounds Ground walnuts
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
¼ pounds Butter

Filling: Cook about 15 minutes. Make this a little runny so it will spread easily.

NOTE: I hope the "44" eggs was just a misprint! That is what the recipe called for! Hopefully, it is only "4".
