North carolina eastern style bbq sauce with herbs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cider vinegar
½ cup Water
⅔ cup Minced onion
1 \N Clove garlic
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Red pepper flake
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 \N Bay leaf
⅔ teaspoon Thyme
3 tablespoons Peanut oil
3 teaspoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Cold water

1. Boil all but last two ingredients for five minutes. Dissolve mustard in water and add.
