No-bake chocolate ricotta pie

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips melted
½ cup Pistachio nuts; chopped
1 \N Chocolate wafer crust
\N \N (9-inch); baked
\N \N Whipped cream
\N \N Shaved chocolate

1. In a medium bowl, beat together ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream with an electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 mins. Beat in melted chocolate until well blended.

Stir in pistachio nuts.

2. Turn into Chocolate Wafer Crust. Refrigerate until set, several hours or overnight. Decorate with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
