No gluten bread

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Soy flour, defatted
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Brown rice flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Applesauce
2½ cup Water

Mix flours and baking powder in largebowl. Add honey, applesauce, and water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Bake for 1½ hours at 275 degrees until well browned.

HELPFUL HINTS: In place of the rice flour, you can use garbanzo bean flour, or half rice and half garbanzo. Recipe By :
