|4 cups||Self-raising flour|
|300 millilitres||Cream (or 1 1/2 cups)|
Combine ingredients and cut them with a knife until just mixed. Tear off pieces of muffin sized dough and plop them on a cookie sheet. Pat down the top. Bake until golden brown for 12 minutes at 220 C or 425 F. Yep, that's right 425 F.
