Nesselrode cheese pie

2cupsCold milk
1pack(3 3/4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
¼cupFinely chopped mixed candied fruit
½teaspoonFavorite extract
1Baked 9\" graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

Beat cheese until very soft. Gradually add ½ cup milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and pie filling mix. Beat as directed on package. Stir in fruit and extract. Immediately pour into crumb crust.

Chill until firm, at least 2 hours. Garnish with prepared whipped topping, additional candied fruit and grated chocolate.
