Nana's irish soda bread

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Flour |
| ⅓ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds; optional |
| 1 | cup | Buttermilk |
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. With two knives cut better into flour until is is medium coarse. Add raisins, caraway seeds and about 1 cup of buttermilk. Mix to blend, but don't beat.
