Yield: 10 Servings
|10||Frozen patty shells|
|1 pounds||Fresh mushrooms; sliced|
|1½ cup||Sour cream|
|¾ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|3 tablespoons||Dry sherry|
|1 dash||Garlic powder|
Bake patty shells according to package directions. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and saut. Drain. Stir in sour cream, cheese, sherry and garlic powder and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Spoon into patty shells. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 servings.
