Mushrooms in pastry

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
10 Frozen patty shells
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pounds Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1½ cup Sour cream
¾ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Dry sherry
1 dash Garlic powder
Fresh parsley

Bake patty shells according to package directions. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and saut‚. Drain. Stir in sour cream, cheese, sherry and garlic powder and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Spoon into patty shells. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 servings.
