Mrs dash vegetarian chili

| 1 | can | (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, undrained |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
| Grated cheese, optional | ||
| Chopped onion, optional | ||
Directions
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onion if desired. Serves 4.
