Mr. food's nine-spice chorizo sausage

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground pork
2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Paprika
1½ teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Divide the mixture into 6 equal !/2-inch-thick patties. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink rema NOTE: Chilling the raw meat mixture for a few hours before cooking allows it to absorb the seasonings more thoroughly, giving your finished sausage patties really rich flavor.
