Morello cherry mess

Measure Ingredient
225 grams Greek yogurt; (8 oz)
150 millilitres Double cream; (1/4 pint)
4 smalls Meringue nests; (broken into bite
; sized pieces)
1 large Jar Morello cherries
100 grams Dark chocolate; (3 1/2 oz)

In a large bowl simply fold the yoghurt, cream and meringue together, then gently add the cherries.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Spoon the morello cherry mess into large serving glasses and top with the melted chocolate.
