|225 grams||Greek yogurt; (8 oz)|
|150 millilitres||Double cream; (1/4 pint)|
|4 smalls||Meringue nests; (broken into bite|
|; sized pieces)|
|1 large||Jar Morello cherries|
|100 grams||Dark chocolate; (3 1/2 oz)|
In a large bowl simply fold the yoghurt, cream and meringue together, then gently add the cherries.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Spoon the morello cherry mess into large serving glasses and top with the melted chocolate.
