Monk's beans

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cans Black Beans -- undrained
2 cans Tomatoes, Canned -- whole,
\N \N Undrained
1 large Onion -- finely chopped
2 \N Cloves Garlic -- or more, to
\N \N Taste
2 tablespoons Green Peppercorns -- in
\N \N Brine*
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

Cook beans, tomatoes, and onion in crockpot on low all day, until onion is done. Add garlic, green peppercorns, and cumin ½ hour before serving.
