Directions
Dredge rinsed chicken pieces in flour mixed with seasonings. Place in hot fat in lg. skillet(s). Do not crowd. Cover and cook over Low heat for 15-20 minutes. Uncover and turn temperature up to Medium-High. Fry and turn and crisp and brown. Remove to paper towel lined platter. Salt lighty. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
