Moist chocolate cake

Measure Ingredient
7 \N Eggs, separated
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Cocoa
2 tablespoons Water
½ cup Cake meal
½ cup Nuts, chopped

Beat whites with salt until they stand in peaks, but are not dry.

Gradually add in ½ of the sugar. Beat yolks very well and add thgerest of the sugar. Add juice and water. Fold this into egg white mixture. Then gently fold in the cake meal which has been sifted with the cocoa. Then fold in nuts. Bake at 325 F. For 45 min.

or longer. Invert to cool and let hang until cold before removing from pan.
