Mocha brownie torte #2

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (large) brownie mix
2 \N Eggs
¼ cup Water
½ cup Chopped nuts
2 packs (small) dream whip
⅓ cup Brown sugar
4 teaspoons Instant coffee
\N \N Shaved chocolate

Blend the brownie mix (by hand) with the water and eggs. Spread the batter into 2 greased 9 inch round layer pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pans. Turn onto racks to cool thoroughly.

Beat Dream Whip according to directions on the package. When whipped, add the brown sugar and instant coffee; beat again until stiff.

Spread 1 cup of the whip on one layer. Place other layer on top; frost the sides aud top with the remaining whip. Sprinkle shaved chocolate over the top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
