Microwave lasagna

Measure Ingredient
10 UNCOOKED lasagna noodles
32 ounces Jar spaghetti sauce (I use
Prego Green Label) mixed
With
½ cup Water
1 pounds Ricotta Cheese mixed with
1 Egg
Pepper to taste
12 ounces Mozzarella, either
Shredded or sliced
¼ cup Parmesan

layer in this order, in a 9x13 pyrex pan: sauce, ½ the noodles, ½ ricotta, ½ mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce.

Cover tightly with Saran wrap. My microwave is a 650 watt machine, with a carousel. I cook it on HIGH for 8 to 8½ minutes, and MEDIUM LOW for 32 mins. Remove saran, sprinkle w/ Parmesan, recover and let stand for 15 minutes.
