1⅓ cup | Cantaloupe balls |
1⅓ cup | Casaba melon balls |
¼ cup | Fresh lime juice |
3 tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a small bowl; add to fruit mixture, tossing gently.
Cover mixture, and chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
