Medium bulgur or cracked wheat (vegan)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Water
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Medium bulgur or cracked
Wheat (don't rinse)

Directions

In 2qt pan, boil water and salt, stir in wheat and return to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
