|1 cup||Medium bulgur or cracked|
|Wheat (don't rinse)|
In 2qt pan, boil water and salt, stir in wheat and return to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
