Mastermix yellow or chocolate cake

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Mastermix |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ | cup | Cocoa; (only for choc. cake) |
Directions
Blend sugar into mix. Beat eggs, water, and half of mix. Beat 2 minutes.
Add rest of mix and beat 2 more minutes. For chocolate cake add the cocoa to dry ingredients. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Makes 2 - 8" layers or 1 - ¼ sheet cake.
