Mashed sweet potatoes and carrots

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Sweet potatoes; peeled, cubed
4 larges Carrots; peeled, sliced
2 \N Garlic cloves; peeled
¼ cup Whipping cream
2 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Salt; to taste
\N \N Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Cook potatoes, carrots and garlic in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender. Drain; return to same pot. Mash with potato masher. Add cream and butter and mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields 6 servings.
