| 1½ | cup | Leftover green khichidi |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin & mustard seeds. |
| ½ | teaspoon | Urad dal |
| 1 | Stalk curry leaves | |
| 2 | Green chillies | |
| ½ | Lemon; juice of | |
| ½ | tablespoon | Chopped coriander |
| 1 | pinch | Asafoetida |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chillipowder and turmeric |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then seeds and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon, a chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes garnish with coriander.
Serve hot.
