cup Leftover green khichidi
1 tablespoon Oil
½ teaspoon Cumin & mustard seeds.
½ teaspoon Urad dal
1 Stalk curry leaves
2 Green chillies
½ Lemon; juice of
½ tablespoon Chopped coriander
1 pinch Asafoetida
½ teaspoon Chillipowder and turmeric
Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then seeds and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon, a chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes garnish with coriander.

Serve hot.
