½ | teaspoon | Cumin & mustard seeds. |
½ | teaspoon | Urad dal |
1 | Stalk curry leaves | |
2 | Green chillies | |
½ | Lemon; juice of | |
½ | tablespoon | Chopped coriander |
1 | pinch | Asafoetida |
½ | teaspoon | Chillipowder and turmeric |
Salt to taste |
Directions
Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then seeds and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon, a chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes garnish with coriander.
Serve hot.
