⅓ cup | Vegetable oil |
¼ cup | Lemon juice |
1½ teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Chicken bouillon granules |
1½ pounds | New potatoes; cooked and cubed |
1 cup | Fresh mushrooms |
⅓ cup | Celery; chopped |
¼ cup | Green onion; chopped |
1. In large shallow dish combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, bouillon, and mix well.
2. Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions.
3. Cover and marinate 3 hours or overnight stirring occasionally.
