Marie's marinated tomatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Canola oil
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Black pepper
1 tablespoon Sweetener
2 eaches Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Basil, chopped
1 pinch Thyme
4 eaches Tomatoes, thinly sliced

Whisk together all the ingredients, except the sliced tomatoes, in a small bowl. Place the tomatoes in a container. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
