Marie's homemade vanilla ice cream

Yield: 1 Gallon

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs
1½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour ***
4 cans Milk - 2%
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
2 tablespoons Vanilla ***

*** 2 Tb flour & vanilla --2 heaping soupspoons *** Using a whisk beat eggs, sugar & flour until smooth & creamy in a large ( 5 qt. ) microwave safe bowl. Add 2 cans of the milk. Cook in microwave for 2 min. on high, remove & whisk again to break up any cooked eggs. Cook again on high for 2 min. more & whisk again. Cook for 2 min. more & whisk again. A total of 6 min. While whisking after the last 2 min. add the other 2 cans of milk, the EAGLE BRAND & vanilla. Place this mixture in the container for the ice cream machine with the paddle in it. Put the cover on & put in fridge to cool. By putting it in the fridge for a good amount of time it reduces the length of time the machine has to work.
