Marbled cups

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Orange Juice
3 ounces Plain Chocolate
1 Sachet of Chocolate Dessert eg. birds
7 fluid ounce Milk
4 fluid ounce Whipping Cream
8 Chocolate Cups

Place juice and chocolates, broken into small pieces, in a bowl.

Stand bowl over a pan of hot water and let chocolate dissolve, stirring occasionally.

Make up the chocolate dessert with the milk, as directed. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture. Lightly whip the cream until it holds its shape. Carefully swirl the cream through the chocolate mixture.

Immeadiately spoon mixture into chocolate cups and chill for 30 minutes.
