|2 tablespoons||Ground cumin|
|5 \N||Cloves garlic; minced|
|¼ cup||Plus 2 Tbs. orange juice|
|2 teaspoons||Olive oil|
|1½ pounds||Boneless skinless chicken breast halves|
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 35 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 400øF. Combine all ingredients, except chicken breasts, in a non-reactive bowl. Press spice mixture into chicken breasts. Marinate chicken at least 35 minutes.
Arrange chicken breasts on a baking sheet on top rack of oven. Roast 8 minutes. Turn on broiler. Place chicken under broiler and broil 3 minutes or until chicken is opaque throughout.
