Marakesh chicken

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Ground cumin
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
5 \N Cloves garlic; minced
¼ cup Plus 2 Tbs. orange juice
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1½ pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 35 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 400øF. Combine all ingredients, except chicken breasts, in a non-reactive bowl. Press spice mixture into chicken breasts. Marinate chicken at least 35 minutes.

Arrange chicken breasts on a baking sheet on top rack of oven. Roast 8 minutes. Turn on broiler. Place chicken under broiler and broil 3 minutes or until chicken is opaque throughout.
