Maple coconut pecan cake

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Flour
¼ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ cup Chopped pecans
¾ cup Maple syrup
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
⅓ cup Milk
2 larges Eggs
MAPLE COCONUT TOPPING

Heat oven to 350. Put flour, powder, salt, soda & nuts into ungreased 8-9" baking pan. Stir with fork to mix. Add remaining ingredients except topping. Stir to blend well. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Set oven to broil. Spread Maple Coconut Topping evenly over hot cake. Broil, watching carefully, 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
