Low-fat and sugar english trifle

1 | Angel food cake- cut into 1-inch cubes | |
1 | pack | Sugar-free vanilla pudding |
1 | Container; (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite | |
1 | pint | Fresh strawberries |
1 | pint | Fresh blueberries |
2 | cups | Skim milk |
Directions
Prepare pudding according to package using skim milk. Add container of Cool Whip (reserve some for garnish).
Place ⅓ of angel cake cubes in bottom of glass bowl (about 3 quart bowl).
Top with ⅓ pudding mixture and half of the container of strawberries.
Layer another ⅓ of the angel cake cubes, ⅓ pudding mixture and half of the container of blueberries.
Repeat last layer of ⅓ angel cake cubes and ⅓ pudding mixture.
Garnish with blueberries and strawberries and reserved cool whip.
YIELD:12 servings 190 calories per serving.
