Low-fat, low-calorie swordfish with salsa

| ⅔ | cup | Sherry |
| 4 | teaspoons | Mined garlic |
| 2 | teaspoons | Minded fresh ginger |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sesame oil |
| 6 | Swordfish steaks; 1 inch thick | |
| Salsa; (recipe below) | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often.
Remove fish from marinade and grill until done, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve with salsa. Yield: 6 servings.
