Lobster-shrimp chowder

Ingredients

¼cupChopped Celery
2tablespoonsOnion; finely chopped
2tablespoonsButter
1canCondensed Cream Of Shrimp Soup, undiluted
1canCream Of Mushroom Soup; undiluted
1Soup Can Milk
1cupHalf And Half
1can(5 Oz) Lobster
¼cupDry Sherry
1tablespoonSnipped Parsley

Directions

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, and cream.

Stir in lobster, sherry, and parsley. Heat until very hot. Do not boil.

Serves 8
