Ingredients

3 cans (16oz) red kidney beans,
Undrained
2 cans (14 1/2oz) unsalted whole
Tomatoes, undrained,
Chopped
1 can (15oz) chick peas,
Undrained
1 can (13 3/4oz) no salt chicken
Broth

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Serving size: 1 cup Per serving: 210 cal., 12.9 g protein, 1.3g (6%) fat, 38⅗ g carb., 4.9 g fiber, 0 mg chol., 4.3 mg iron, 438 mg sodium, 102 mg calcium.
