Lettuce with mushrooms

Ingredients

1smallLeek; thinly sliced
1smallClove garlic; finely chopped
2tablespoonsVegetable oil;
1tablespoonWhite wine vinegar;
½teaspoonSalt;
½teaspoonDry mustard;
teaspoonPepper;
1mediumFirm head lettuce (about 1 lb) coarsely shredded (about 6 cups)

Directions

Cook and stir mushrooms, leek and garlic in oil in 10" skillet over medium heat until mushroom are tender. Stir in vinger, salt, mustard and pepper.
