Lentil salad 2

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Lentils, cooked
1 \N Onion, diced
1 \N Clove garlic, pressed
3 cups White wine
1 tablespoon Basil
½ teaspoon Thyme
4 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 tablespoons Oil
2 \N Tomato wedges
½ \N Head iceberg lettuce,
\N \N Washed

Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
