|2 cups||Bisquick original baking mix|
|¼ cup||Poppy seed|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil|
|1 pack||(4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling|
|⅔ cup||Powdered sugar (up to)|
|4 teaspoons||Lemon juice|
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9x9x2-inches.
MIX baking mix, poppy seed, milk, oil, eggs and pudding and pie filling (dry); beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth and drizzling consistency.
