Lemon topped chocolate pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
1 \N Lemon
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Mixed spice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cocoa
½ cup Brown sugar
1½ ounce Butter
\N \N Milk to mix

Break the egg into a bowl in which the pudding is to be cooked. Add ½ cup sugar and the juice of one lemon. Whisk until thick. In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients and rub in butter. Add well packed brown sugar. Stir in enough milk to make a moist dough. Spoon on top of lemon, egg and sugar mixture. Steam rapidly 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
