Lemon and mushroom chow mein

| 1 | pack | Fresh chow mein noodles; (350 g ) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 2 | cups | Thinly sliced mushrooms |
| 2 | cups | Thinly sliced celery |
| ¼ | cup | Snipped chives or sliced green onion |
Directions
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain. Whisk together oil lemon juice and seasonings. Stir into noodles. Add remaining ingredients and serve. Makes about 8 cups.
