Leeks with brown butter

Ingredients

16 Leeks
6 ounces Butter
4 tablespoons Bread crumbs -- toasted
teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt

Directions

Trim and clean leeks, leaving them whole. Drop in boiling water; simmer about 10 minutes till done. Drain; keep warm.

In skillet, heat butter till sizzling and golden brown. Stir in crumbs, lemon juice and salt; pour over leeks and serve.
