2 pounds | Lean lamb, cubed |
¼ cup | Butter |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Peppercorns |
2 cups | Water |
1 \N | Cabbage, cut in eights, cored |
¾ cup | Dairy sour cream |
Brown lamb cubes in butter. Add seasonings and water. Cover. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add cabbage. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add sour cream. Reheat, but do not boil. serves 6
