Lamb and cabbage (far i kal)

¼cupButter
teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsPeppercorns
2cupsWater
1Cabbage, cut in eights, cored
¾cupDairy sour cream

Directions

Brown lamb cubes in butter. Add seasonings and water. Cover. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add cabbage. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add sour cream. Reheat, but do not boil. serves 6
