Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Butter (no margarine!) |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Milk |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
4 cups | Flour (or more) |
\N \N | Sugar for sprinkling |
Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, salt, milk & flour. Mix well & knead dough.
Roll small amounts of dough (about walnut size) until paper thin. Fry in deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel & sprinkle with sugar.
