|½ pounds||Butter (no margarine!)|
|4 cups||Flour (or more)|
|Sugar for sprinkling|
Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, salt, milk & flour. Mix well & knead dough.
Roll small amounts of dough (about walnut size) until paper thin. Fry in deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel & sprinkle with sugar.
