Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Butter (no margarine!) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 4 | cups | Flour (or more) |
| Sugar for sprinkling | ||
Directions
Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, salt, milk & flour. Mix well & knead dough.
Roll small amounts of dough (about walnut size) until paper thin. Fry in deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel & sprinkle with sugar.
