Measure | Ingredient |

2¼ cup | All-purpose flour; |
2 teaspoons | Baking powder; |
¼ teaspoon | Salt; |
1 cup | Sugar; |
⅔ cup | Butter -=OR=- |
⅔ cup | Margarine; softened |
2 \N | Eggs; |
2 \N | Bananas; mashed |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla; |
(1). Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Mix well.
(2). Add butter or margarine. Mix well.
(3). Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
(4). Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
(5). Bake in a preheat, 400-degree oven 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
