Easy gumbo

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | medium | Onion -- chopped |
| ½ | pounds | Shrimp -- peeled & deveined |
| 24 | Pieces reserved sausage from Meatballs & Sausage | |
| 1 | cup | Frozen okra -- sliced |
| ½ | cup | Crushed tomatoes |
| ½ | cup | Reserved Red Hot Red Pepper Sauce |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 3 | cups | Rice -- cooked |
Directions
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add the onion and cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and toss for 30 seconds. Add the sausage, okra, tomatoes and pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 1 minute. Serve over hot rice.
