Yield: 10 Servings
|¼ cup||Graham cracker crumbs|
|3 tablespoons||Corn Flour; Sifted|
|30 ounces||Cream cheese; Softened|
|¼ cup||Heavy cream; Whipped|
|¾ teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
Preheat oven to 350øF. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with crumbs & refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then egg. Add heavy cream beating constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into pan.
Bake until top is golden ( 40 - 45 mins) Cool in pan for 3 Hours
