Jane wyman's fruit parfait torte

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Fruit cocktail; lge
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1½ cup Sour cream
¾ cup Cookie crumbs
½ cup Slivered almonds

Drain fruit cocktail. Combine sour cream and brown sugar. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tbl sweetened sour cream, ⅔ tbl cookie crumbs, a sprinkle of almonds and 2 tbls fruit cocktail. Repeat twice. Top with spoonful sour cream and garnish of almonds.
