Jalepeno poppers

Ingredients

12Whole jalapeno chile pepper
6tablespoonsMonterey jack cheese; shredded
¼cupFlour
1Egg
½cupBread crumbs
Oil

Directions

Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25 seconds. Serve hot
