Jalepeno poppers

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 \N Whole jalapeno chile pepper
6 tablespoons Monterey jack cheese; shredded
¼ cup Flour
1 \N Egg
½ cup Bread crumbs
\N \N Oil

Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25 seconds. Serve hot
