6 tablespoons | Monterey jack cheese; shredded |
¼ cup | Flour |

½ cup | Bread crumbs |

Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25 seconds. Serve hot
