| 6 | tablespoons | Monterey jack cheese; shredded |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| Oil | ||
Directions
Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25 seconds. Serve hot
