Italian meatball hoagies

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Recipe \"Easy Square Meatballs\" (see recipe)
2 cups Spaghetti sauce
6 \N Hoagie buns; unsliced
3 ounces Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare and bake "Easy Square Meatballs" as directed in recipe. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in medium saucepan over low heat. Add warm meatballs to sauce; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Cut each bun lengthwise down center of top to within 1 inch of bottom and open to form a boat shape; place on serving plate. Fill each with 6 meatballs and ⅙ of sauce.

Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese.
